Wish me luck. I get a new titanium hip next week. Side incision. Can't wait. This thing has been waking me up at night for 8 months. Can't ride fer shit, can;t sit in a kayak for more than 15 minutes.
Can't wait to get my life back.

I went to Avalon NJ to hang out on the beach for half of a day today. Field Of Dreams MX is on the way home so I stopped in to spectate practice day. Just as I got there they were loading a rider in the meat wagon with a compound Tib. And so it goes.

Cant wait to ride in 6 weeks.

I'll pass on the donut and go full gangsta on my squaty potty. Check that rig out. It is height adjustable so my dingle don't dangle I can take it to the track or the beach, drop trowl and let fly. I will use that for three weeks put it away for 10 years and use it again till my last spatter. Might even be a loaner for A1 after his shoulder surgery if her promises to shrink wrap it.

Needs a couple Suzuki stickers and a Hide logo.

Plus, a really cute, tall, dark, 1/2 French, 1/2 Asian female nurse that walks in to your room and says "Bunny, it's time for your sponge bath" in a hot, sultry voice..........right in front of your wife. Happened to me.....if it doesn't for you, you're in the wrong hospital.....

Oh, and get off the Dilaudid and/or Oxy as fast as you can. They suck. I went to aspirin quickly and it was just fine.

Surgery was cancelled the day before. Platlets were to low due to my liver problem. They could have given me a platelet infusion but Doc declined. New drug came out for my liver recently. Now we wait to see if it is effective. Reschedule in late Fall..

Still gimping around but I do get back part of my summer for activities, ocean and light dirt riding.

I was thinking the same. Nov surgery Lawn care is over wedding photog is over. Great time to recover. Plus I am approved for the new Med so it should have made some progress by then.in the liver dept.

High Point MX National was today. Can wait for results.
