Rifle Scopes bushnell elite 3.5-21 hdmr reticle failure!!!!

after about 20 rounds I noticed my reticle was canted and got back home and unmounted scope and sure enough without a doing the reticule is canted badly to the right it has tremor 2 reticle . I bought this from eroptics will they or bushell warranty this ?? I sure hope so cause I am in no shape to buy another took me long enough to buy this scope.Wow what a bad day...
 
Shew I hope you guys are right this has me freaking out and kind of worried about the integrity of those scopes I use this on my duty rig ...yeah I had to spend my own money to get a good scope .
 
Wow this gets better I just looked at bushnell warranty and it excludes demo and I bought this from eroptics as a demo and I've had it a proll 4 or 5 months cause I was waiting for my build to be completed so I doubt eroptics will do anything either !!
 
Bushnell has great service department, I bought a scope mounted it and shot it, did not like the reticle. I called them up and they had me to return my scope and sent me the other one at no charge. They are great and will work with you.

Please let us know how it goes. I have high confidence you'll be taken care of. And hey, maybe you can talk em into a G2 recticle. LOL

I had the same thing happen with my et6245fg with the g2 reticle. Bushnell replaced it. Their lifetime warranty is legit. I am concerned that this seems to happens so frequently with their reticles.

No. You demo is not eligible for the Bulletproof refund. It is covered by a lifetime warranty that only requires you ship it to their service center with this form filled out. No receipt required for warranty work.

Anything has got to be better than Zeiss. I sent them a Conquest a month ago, they told me 12 more weeks for repairs! Nothing like losing a scope for a whole summer. Good to hear Bushnell is taking care of you.
 
How many times have you heard of this happening?

Four, including the OP and my own. In retrospect, I realize this probably doesn't constitute "frequently" when you consider how many they sell. Then again, not everyone who owns these scopes is an active Hide member, so who knows how often this occurs. Perhaps since I experienced this firsthand with the first scope I've owned in this price range I was flippant and jumped to a conclusion when someone else mentioned having the same problem.

Just so you guys know I couldn't have asked for better customer service I'm a bushnell lifer now . They received my scope yesterday and was told this was a manufacturer defect and would have me a new scope out Monday.
