Rifle Scopes Bushnell Elite knob question

I got one of the 3-12 FFP Elites and zeroed it today. I can't figure out how to reset the knobs to 0. There's a set screw at the top of the knobs but loosening it didn't allow the knobs to rotate. The instructions that came with the scope show a different type of knob.

Are the knobs push/pull turrets? If so, that would be the reason why they won't move.

Remove the screws. You need to do more than just loosen them.

Remove screws and then pull the knob up, it should come off.

I think the Bushnell uses and allen key? i know the Zeiss has the "pull up, turn" turrets

Yeah, you got to hold the knob still while loosening the allen nut. It's a good idea to write down you "0" numbers in case you move the knob when loosening the allen.
