Bushnell elite problem

Have a problem with my Bushnell elite táctical 6-24x50.
The riflescope has a problem with parallax.
You have to set the parallax to infinity to see clearly at 100 yards.
At 300,400,500y it looks very bad.
very blurry.
I contacted the distributor in Spain that is borchers and they told me that Bushnell offered me to buy a scope with a 20% discount.
I am very unhappy.
Where is the lifetime guarantee?
Do I have to spend money and buy another scope ?.

So you have not contacted Bushnell yet? You might want to contact Bushnell first. People who cry without getting their ducks in row, usually get their wienies stomped around here. I don't know what Bushnell's Warranty is like outside the U.S. Inside the U.S, it is pretty good.

Of course, I e-mailed Bushnell several times and never got a reply.
That's when I contacted the dealer.

I've got two of the Bushnell 6-24x50 scopes, and a bunch of other Bushnell Tactical scopes and will be surprised if they don't do right by you.

It is a pity that we do not have this service from the importer in Spain.

I was talking with Dan in the month of April, to solve this problem, since there was no stock of elite tactical riflescopes.
He told me that he would contact me in September.
I have sent you several emails and you do not respond.
Does anyone know if they have a problem or something?

It seems strange to me since he was very attentive to my problem
