Bushnell HDMR SpeedLever/CatTail thingy

I absolutely love my Bushnell HDMR with the G2DMR reticle. I am however looking for one of those Speed lever CatTail thingies. I saw that there are a few makers for these out there. But I cannot find any of them. (Google search and all) Looked at 3gunstuff.com as well as a few other places but could not find any specific for the HDMR. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
