I posted a question about changing over the knobs on a Bushnell Elite model, and Jeff, Bushell's product manager who is also an active participant of the Hide forum, contacted me about various options. Since then, Jeff just pushed the deal though like rollerblade - I cannot be happier!

Thanks Jeff!

Re: Bushnells custom service rocks!

Nice!

Had to send a 3200 back yesterday for a "black" line in one of the lenses. Hope to have a positive experience with them as well.

Do they allow people to pay to upgrade for a reasonable fee if their original equipment fails?

What about the original warranty on year one, is it possible to get a refund if it fails me?

Re: Bushnells custom service rocks!

wdhigh,

They do allow upgrades. I'm not sure what the charge will be however. There is a No Questions Asked warranty, that is in effect for 1-Year from the purchase date. Under the NQA you can receive a refund of the purchase amount, you just have to include a copy of the receipt when you send the scope in. PM me if you have any questions.

Re: Bushnells custom service rocks!

That's great! When I called them and asked if I could have my 6500 upgraded to tactical knobs I was told by the very nice lady on the phone that I bought the scope over a year ago and there was nothing they could do for me. I wouldn't mind paying for an upgrade to tactical mil knobs on it at all. I would appreciate a PM from you or Jeff letting me know the process to git r done.

Thanks.

Re: Bushnells customer service rocks!

I have a 4200 ffp 3-12 I just bought used here. Really nice scope, my only gripe is when I turn on lumination the verticle ret line thickins making it impossible to read my vertical mil-dots.

Wondering if I can have the reticle changed?
I know it probably wouldn't be covered by warranty which is fine. Just curious!
