Cadex Defence, flaunt it if you've got it!

24 inch barrel? I'm liking the look of the Dual Strike, but I'm leaning toward the Lite Competition.

In case anyone in the future comes across this. An impact will fit with zero modification but will not fold.

The lite comp has a longer fore end and you can only use the dual strike integrated rail if you use a 700 or stiller action

Just got a Cadex strike pro for my next build.
I’m waiting for my smith to chamber my ARC CDG 22Creed.
Not sure if it’ll fit the trigger hanger

Couple of things

It’s very well built, the ergos fit me very well but I can see how it won’t work with people with normal size hands. I run XXL gloves and it’s perfect for me at the trigger guard most forward position.

It's front heavy. Would probably work best for comp contour or straight 1.250. I'll be running a 18in med palma and probably will need all the weight to balance in front of the magwell. Maybe next barrel I'll do straight 1.250.

It's not quick to swap BA. I'm constantly swapping barrels or action and I won't with this one. You have to do quite a bit of disassembly and I wouldn't want to do it in the dark or at the range with the risk of loosing a screw or a t nut for the trigger guard.

Besides that, very well made, comfy, the folder is solid. I think I like it better at first glance than the ATX AICS.

I was on the hunt for a racs chassis but the prices were just a little more then I wanted to spend. I went back and forth between the Lite Strike, Dual Strike and the competition. I oddly just went with the DS becuse it was the closest looking to what I originally wanted. Extremely satisfied with Cadex's quality.

CADEX just made the most awesome thing ever. A rifle chambered in the 14.5 necked down to .50. From what I gather it’s a 750 grain bullet at 3300 FPS.

Poor man’s XM2010. Started on this many moons ago when the XM2010 was not available to consumers. Threads opened up to 8-40. Had the barrel threaded and kind of just stopped. 3 kids and 4 dogs later it was on the shelf. Well Santa Claus be darned, he helped me fall into a field comp chassis which reinvigorated the effort. Now just need a can.
Cadex Field Comp OT Chassis, Remington XCR Tactical Barreled Action 300 Win Mag, Timney Trigger, Precision Armament Severe Duty Brake, KRG bolt knob, Vortex HSLR in vortex precision matched rings.
Not quite what was coming out of Remington Defense but sure has been a lot fun at well below that price tag. Loves to eat 185 gr Berger hybrid hunters now there are so many cans to choose from, need to make a decision and finish.
