Getting the ocular upgrade. Should be back in a week or two.

I have a Bushnell Tactical getting ready to go on for evaluation. I just tossed the Falcon on there because it was already in the ADM mount.

I have only a passing familiarity with the AW. I didn't notice anything that really jumped out at me. The AE is smooth as can be. I would expect an equal round count AW to feel the same since the bolts can actually be swapped between the two.

It was 18+ with the KAC AI UNS mount so I would imagine this config weighs a bit more.

I have not compared it against the IMUNS because I don't have one in my possession. I may attempt to get my paws on one and do this as a sort of comparison article.

Re: Cadex Rail

Looks bad to the bone. Thinking along the same line for my AI too. Can't decide whether to go with suppressor first, or Night vision scope. Funding is limited.

It actually only had the Falcon on it for two days. I just put a Bushnell Tactical on it today. Then found the Razor sitting by my desk. It only took Vortex a day to upgrade it.

Believe it or not the close parallax adjustment on the Falcon makes it work extremely well with the UNS. You don't really need high dollar glass when you are focusing on a phosphor screen a couple inches in front of the objective. As long as it tracks properly it will get the job done.

The UNS belongs to work. It's worth more than the rest of the rig it's mounted on.

Depends on what you use the rifle for. If you shoot mainly at night in un-lit areas, then night vision is da-bomb. Realistically even for urban LE, 90% of situations don't call for a night vision scope.

If I was making the choice, I would go with a suppressor first. Then NV. The suppressor is going to be cheaper than the PVS-22 by quite a bit.
