Cadex Strike Dual Chassis with Badger Oversize Bolt Knob

I currently have two Remington 700 with quite a lot of work done to them chambered in .338 LM CIP. I am extremely interested in a couple Cadex Strike Dual Chassis for them and in the near future, setting them up with forward mounted Night Vision devices (which ones I have not decided yet). Anyway, I have Badger Ordnance Tactical Oversize Bolt Knobs on them and I am worried that they may interfere with the stock folding and locking as it folds on the bolt side.

Has anyone used or seen these chassis with this bolt knob that may be able to shed some light in whether I run a risk if the knob keeping the stock from completely folding to the side?

Additionally, I use Badger M40 Recoil Lugs and I am wondering if anyone knows whether these chassis have enough room in the recoil lug slot to accommodate these.

One more thing; is there anyone who I can purchase one of these and ensure it would work with my existing CIP length mags?

I did a search but I have never really been able to use the search feature on forums very correctly so I'm sorry if this subject has been beat to death. If so, please don't hammer me on it.

my 700 with a Badger knob (long Action) fit in the Strike 33 without issues, operates and locks in folded position.

As far as the fit I believe they are machine for a standard recoil lug, check with Drake and they can tell you as the chassis has gone through several upgrades

Well that's good news. Thank you for the input. I'm sure if I cant get it directly from Cadex I can have my machinist remove some material from the front of the slot to allow the recoil lug to fit. Ive had to do this before on other builds.

Bolt Knob for STRIKE DUAL Chassis

Gents, let me clear this up so you guys get the right kit you need. Unfortunately, the badger oversized bolt knob will not work with this chassis as the diameter will interfere with the closing of the stock. On our custom STALKER Series Sniper Rifle builds we have been VERY successful with the TEARDROP Handle from Pacific Tool

Here is a photo of the knob on one of our STALKER Sniper Weapons that went out to one of the US military teams.

We have also used the round knob that they make as well as some customers prefer this as well.

I have a custom fluted badger knob it just barely clears but there is no resistance or interferance

Photos look great. From what we have seen there is a possibility of bolt not closing if the bolt handle is too wide and also depends on how what depth the knob is seated when the bolt handle is threaded. This is why we decided to keep it with a Teardrop profile as this insures greater clearance.
