I was lookin at them in my Midway cataloge the other day... Might be nice to have in my pop-up blind!

I wouldn't want to lug it all around though

Basically a tripod mount for a lot less money. I could see where it could come in useful in some situations.

I have one, bought it mostly for my kids. Works awesome for them in hunting situations. I will use it too for predator hunting. As far as quality, about what you could expect for 80 bucks. But hey I think its worth it.

Yeah, for stationary hunting (predator set-up, varmints, and ground blinds)... I think it would serve very well! Better than draggin an actual shooting bench out to a prairie dog set or what not.
