I have been trying to contact Silencerco for several days. I have left voicemail and have sent email as well.

I tried registering my can with them but, the page keeps telling me there is a "submission error" and that the error would be highlighted.

NO highlights.....double, triple, quadruple checked my form. Everything is fine on my end.

Have filled the registration out 4 times.....same message.

When following the robo-operator, calls are pretty much going straight to voicemail.

I am sure they are busy but......
 
SiCo called me back this afternoon, said they were a little backed up from holiday and all the orders. My vans did make it thru the on-line registration so I am good there.
They also said they are running a month or so behind for the BoGo cans because of the popularity of the deal.
 
FWIW I sent them an email last week and it took several days to get a reply. They are being blown out by the BOGO deal.

IMO I'd send a friendly email with an attachment of your invoice and the BOGO serial number explaining your difficulties. If nothing else you can point back to it later and show you were trying to get it registered for the freebie.

That said, I think the submission period runs through the end of the month.
