Fieldcraft Camp Pendleton Range Question (CA)

Me and some active duty buddies wanna know if the ranges at Camp Pendleton are open to the (semi) public.. I do work at a local base and do have base access and my friends are active duty and have no problem getting on base. We were just wondering if it was at all possible to use the range for some personal practice time while on their leave. I'm not too familiar of the allowing firearms on base or if non law enforcement or official military use is even allowed or offered on the ranges.
