Gunsmithing Can anyone Identify this Stock???

I found a guy with a stock for sale but couldn't find any markings. The comb looks different than other stocks I have seen. It does have a packmeyer decelerator pad on it. Also, the front action screw hole looks like the Ruger 77mk2 type, not a rem 700 la like he says. Thanks guys.

The color just didn't look right for a B&C. It looks like black web on gray, which I didn't think they offered.
