Can I resize my brass weeks/months before I add the powder/bullet?

I was thinking I'd like to resize all my brass to have it ready for the full monty powder charge and bullet seating.

..I like the idea of chamfer/deburring/lubing/resizing/removing lube in bulk then add powder and bullet at my leisure.

It feels logical but I have a vague memory of seeing a video saying you should load resized brass right away. Am I smoking crack?

You have about a 4 to 100,000 week window to load. After that, must go in the garbage, no good anymore.
This is only half correct! Be careful!

While sized and primed brass will last 4 weeks, it is certainly past it's useful life span by week 5.

DO NOT THROW IT IN THE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is extremely reckless and an environmental disaster waiting to happen.

Luckily for you I have been appointed, by Presdient Joe, the Grand Puba of the newly formed Department of Equality and Longevity for all brass cases. The objective is to eradicate all discrimination aimed at brass cases, perpetrated by shiny whiteish nickel cases.

Ship all sized and primed brass past expiration to me directly, lowlight has my address.

To the OP... and I mean this with greatest respect. But what in the Hell are you people doing to Snipers hide?

Between this and the guy that just Rocksetted his new suppressor to his KelTec or whatever....

Is there a full moon? Spring fever? They open the doors to the short bus?

Just asking...

You're smoking crack

The gun/shooting world is so full of bullshit, tribal knowledge, old wives tales, and internet legends, that it's a miracle you can find useful information at all.

Hope so. I've been dpoing it for years. I size and prime match prep cases for the coming high power shooting season and then load throughout the season, based on the match type (reduced course or X-cross) and the bullet weight. No noticable lack of accuracy that I have seen.

Yer brass'll be fine but you gots to put a dab of white grease on each of yer primers to keeps dems from oxidizing.
Yer welcome!

Been doing this for years, seat the primers also. Just a matter of dropping the powder charge and seating a bullet as the rounds are needed. No one told me I could not do this. What about the primed military pull down brass I’ve been using for years in an AR10. Them strange European primers with 2 flash holes that seem to lite that pull down powder rather well. Guess I need to send that brass to someone else for safety!
