Go with the 550, just so you'll have more options down the road if you should decide to load rifles (and you will, I promise). You'll regret it if you don't, as the 550's a far more versatile press.
Beyond that there's two other items that you need to get that will save you HUGE amounts of trouble. For each of these calibers that you mentioned, 9mm, 40 S&W and 45 ACP, get yourself a Lee Factory Crimp Die, and a chamber-type case gage, such as the Midway house brand, Dillon or L.E. Wilson. These items will keep you from ever having to deal with a jam from improperly sized brass, rounds that have been crimped too much or too little, or other minor problems that you probably won't catch with a mere visual inspection. Worth their weight in gold, and the best investment you can make to get quality reloads out of your press.
