Rifle Scopes Can you identify these rings?

I have two pairs of rings that look exactly the same and I have no idea who makes them or anything.

they have the adjustable windage at the bottom and fit a picatinny base. they are 1" rings. I also don't know what metal they are made out of but I think aluminum.

I have a few others that I might beable to get up later but this is the best I could do for now with pictures from my phone.

They are Millett rings.

oh just came up with another question after I put them on a rifle. how do I adjust the windage with them? do I only like move the back one or move both of them and if so which ways?

sorry if this sounds kinda dumb but I'm pretty clueless right now.

Same as you would with the leupold style, loosen one side an tighten another.
.
Move in direction you want to go, jus remember it only takes a SMALL amount of adjustment to get things going.
