Canada Bans Assault Weapons

They have two years to dispose of them should be a lot of good buys coming our way in short sales.

I would not be so sure on getting good deals. Buying from Canada, you are now importing firearms. A whole new set of rules and regulations. You'll have to go through an importer. They can help to determine if what you want to bring in passes BATF scrutiny on what is allowed to be imported.

Timmy is burying his weapons because Timmy is a coward.
Timmy is too stupid to understand how easy his weapons can be found with this thing called a metal detector.
Timmy hasn't learned that when it reaches that point then it's time to use them , NOT hide them.
Timmy should bury himself and save the gov the trouble.
Timmy is a pussy !

It's called a boo-ga-loo, NOT a dig-ga-loo

Surprised nobody has called attention to this yet, but over the past couple years there's been a Canadian company called VerticalScope Inc. that has been buying lots of the major American gun forums out there. Most noticeably is probably GlockTalk. I said it before and I'll say it again at the risk of being xenophobic, but American gun ownership and Canadian gun ownership are two very different things. Canadians have no business telling Americans what OUR Second Amendment is really about.

People’s freedoms are being lost and you are thinking about getting a good deal? I’ll say it for them: “Fuck off, eh?”

Selfish fuck.

Its a good deal for the seller as well for his government might not compensate them fully for what they have invested . After all they have no rights to have guns anyway and they weren't raised to shoot anyone in the stomach who knocks on their doors to disarm them. Beside I fortunate enough that I don't need deals.

You’re right about one thing, they don’t shoot in the stomach, they know how to face shoot a mother fucker plenty well too.

Never mistake a Canadian’s kindness for weakness. They’ll show you the other end of your dick if you piss them off.

That is suspect and I agree with you, but your rights are being sold out by your fellow Americans if that's the case.

Thank YOU, RedmanSS, your sentiments are greatly appreciated.

You understand why some might be "biting their tongue" and/or "biding their time".

I don't really see it totally as being a selfish fuck, but rather the fate of said gun being turned in or confiscated. I think it's safe to say that most of us would rather see a good gun sold and given a good home instead of rotting and rusting away in a warehouse only to be destroyed.

Good guns need to be used. No surrender.

No diss on Canadian Gun Owners from me I would love to see them prevail and decide if the buzzers or worms get the first taste of the PM. Which could aid us in our time of need when it comes.
There's a major problem with gun owners in Canada, and it's a result of our gun laws. The majority of gun owners don't own restricted rifles because of the hassle, so this isn't a loss to them as long as they get to keep their bolt action rifles. More will be affected because there are non-restricted's being banned too, but unfortunately I've seen it in my own family now, and I don't doubt it will be others opinion on it as well. "I don't own AR's anyway so it doesn't affect me".

Unfortunately it affects everyone who values a fair and just system when the government decides to criminalize any legally owned property overnight.

Can we trade? We take the people that want liberty and we can send all the pussies that want to live under the rule of government.
I think it's fucking great. So close and all. We have the cold climate to accommodate our new brothers and let's face it. Most of the pussies in this country are in those frigid climate zones. So it's a win win situation.

Dealing with 100% this right now. Total fucking Fudds. They don’t get it. You can’t even beat it into them.
They’re worse than antis.

Thankfully a lot of people I have talked to are pissed off about this. But I have still heard that stupid argument, and I've heard it ever since talks about bans began. The only thing I'm worried about is who will actually do something to show they are pissed off. This is the only thing close to social media I have, so I don't know of any groups starting for protests, but I hope they happen and I would be there in an instant.

2018 a van was used to kill 10 and injured 16 , PM didn't ban Vans used in a mass murder. PM should be set into the eternal temperature of 55 degrees.

Funny thing is, some of us could do a lot more damage with a bolt action than we could with a so called assault rifle. I’ll leave it at that.

Problem with the majority of Canadian firearm owners is that they are a bunch of sackless pussies. Most will bow down to their masters and hand in whatever they want.

I really hope the Canadian firearm community grows a pair. I'm afraid they won't.

If they want to continue to act like subjects, they are going to be treated like subjects. Time to give the politicians a reality check and remind them who they work for. Strike the fear of God into them.

Problem with Canada is the government doesn't recognize your natural right to self defense. Good luck to our friends up to the north in Canada.

Arizona could also use some good freedom loving people that love their guns down here in Az too. I know we have some places that are hot but if we can get enough of you down here we also have some cold places as well. You'll get used to it, I swear. 🤣😂🤣
