Come on out and join us for our new longrange shooting clinic on Sunday June 27th.
If you live in the Los Angeles area and want to try out longrange shooting, this is the shoot you need to go to.
We will start out with a demonstration on proper position behind the gun, eye relief and natural point of aim as well as how to manage your data and your gear at a match.
Then we will check your zero at 100yds and get the knobs set to zero.
From there we will work all the way out to 1000yds.
Experienced club members will be on hand to help new shooters.
We will limit this to 12 actual shooters so that those shooters can get maximum range time.
It will be hot so cold water and will be provided and probably shade too.
$40 for the day.
A view of the targets from the firing line:
Due to the tight space on the line, this will be a bolt action rifle ONLY event.
We will be out in the high desert so dress accordingly including a hat and hiking boots as we will sometimes be moving around on steep terrain.
Weather should be somewhere between 85 and 110 degrees.
There's more information and you can RSVP here if you are interested in attending:
