Apparently HS Precision just recently changed thread pitch size of their sling studs. Closely compare the threads on your stud and the allen head screw provided before attempting to install. I believe I'm the first to have this issue and bring it to their attention, so at this time I'm not sure what they will do to address the issue in the future, but it's worth noting right now that if you have a new/newer HS stock, you need to verify before trying to thread in the wrong screws and strip out the inserts.

This likely applies to other rail systems similar to Seekins. Just be advised!

There you go- outstanding service!

Glen said in a different thread they called HS and apparently they are shipping stocks with BOTH thread pitches depending on model- started doing this about four years ago. So your safe bet would be the SRS since they're going to provide both sets of screws... I don't know what the other brands come with. But take that into consideration if you order a different brand and it only comes with one set of screws!!!

Oh and I think the SRS is the only one that actually supports a sling integrated to the rail.
