This is the same stuff as combat gauze. It gets packed into a wound that you couldnt use a Tourniquet on. You would also need some kind of pressure wrapping to hold this into the wound.

Please dont buy if you dont know how to use it.

Expires in 2022, but is still good for time after that if packaging isnt opened.
