I work in customer service on the highest level possible for any purchase, Real Estate. I get to see any an every way that Customer Service can lack and go wrong quickly with what is inevitably the most stressful purchase anyone can make, but... Ceylon is a model of how Customer Service could and should be! The guy is just phenomenal. Great memory, personable, attentive, quick, and responsive. I've ordered multiple products from him. If all businesses modeled themselves on a customer service level the way he does then shopping would be a great experience with less buyer's remorse.

Ceylon... Your Awesome dude and I will Recommend you to everyone I know.

Re: Ceylon & The Way Customer Service Should Be...

Ceylon was recommended to me by a another "Hide" member when I was competing at a match recently.
After speaking with him, he was able to help me out with a product that wasn't purchased from him.
Of course I in turn spent $100 plus on accessories from him.
And that my friends is how customer service works...
Good customer service = return sales and customer loyalty.

Re: Ceylon & The Way Customer Service Should Be...

I've bought some gear through Ceylon and he is most definitely helpful and a great guy. He also has very competitive pricing.

Couldn't agree more with everything said above, Ceylon you are a fantastic person to work with and keep up the great customer service !

+1000 from me. Ceylon really has been unbelievable. My experience with multiple products could not have been better in any way. Buy something you dont even need so you can experience how customers should be treated.

Ceylon Rules! Great service and very attentive. I already got my Eberlestock pack yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. I'll definitely recommend him to others.

Re: Ceylon & The Way Customer Service Should Be...

I agree as well. I've purchased everything from the eberlestock packs, to Digisight NV from Ceylon.
He answered any/every question I had. And for some reason he didn't have the answer, he would contact whoever to get it within the day.
As everyone stated, I'll recomend Ceylon to everyone I know on/off the hide.

This dude is Ace's i spent 450 dollars with him this month and couldn't be happier . he spoke with me on the phone helped me decided what items to order (got a nice Multicam G4 Operator ) and other items . I was happy even threw in a free multicam hat. he sent me follow up messages asking how i liked the product. I will be buying my boys bags from him soon.

Thank you Ceylon.

Re: Ceylon & The Way Customer Service Should Be...

I am getting ready to buy from Ceylon, he answered all my questions and seems great. Excited to get my X3 from a good dude who supports our hobby.

Re: Ceylon & The Way Customer Service Should Be...

+1 here too. Ordered a Eblelerstock pack from him with the Hide group buy... Then called back to add a pouch and then again to add straps and a frame insert. Each and every time it was no problem and I got my bag ASAP! The best customer service. I always check his site first before anyone else just to support such great CS! G2G All day!

Re: Ceylon & The Way Customer Service Should Be...

My problem is he stays flexible and keeps on finding new cool stuff to sell that I want...too bad I can't afford more of his products!
