Heavy barreled Rem700 .308 W/AAC 51T Muzzle Break

When shooting with the suppressor on, the rifle shoots very tight , all rounds are touching if not overlapping at 100YDS, WHEN the suppressor is removed the groups open way up, almost 1" between points of impact. Any ideas as to why? Possible shooter error? The rifle was under fairly constant firing during the range session, thus the barrel was hot, however even during those conditions, suppressed it shot amazing.

Why would you ever want to shoot unsupressed ever again anyway?

Have you fired the rifle with the muzzle break on prior to this? What was on there before?

I actually never shot the rifle prior to this with just the muzzle break - heading back to the range tomorrow to try again.

Shot today 100M indoors, everything was back to normal with and without the break. I believe that heat was the culprit. When I originally saw the problem it was after shooting a pretty long string of suppressed fire - I remember the barrel being rather hot.
