One of my cm lite had the same problem. Called RCBS tech support. Gave them the serial number. And sent them my broken one. And then they sent me a new replacement. Great service there..
I had one do the same thing. I guess after whatever warranty they have expired. RCBS wanted enough $ to fix it that I didn’t bother with it and I didn’t buy a replacement either. I’d call them and see what they want to do.
there's a fix on youtube somewhere.....you have to open up and re solder the keypad connections or something.....
mine does that some times. I just turn it on and off/unplug and give it a gentle tap here/there a few times then it's working again
I now use a Lee powder measure with a Dandy Auto Trickler and a Lyman M5. A little more movement required but just as quick and more precise than my Chargemaster ever was.
