Hunting & Fishing Charter recommendations in Destin?

I'll be headed to Destin in a couple weeks and thought I might go fishing one day. I'm thinking just some bay/Inshore fishing. Anyone chartered a trip in the past with someone they would recommend? It's probably going to be just me and my 12 year old.

I've used this guy: Lucky Chucky Charters - Destin, Navarre and Pensacola Florida Inshore Fishing Charter Guide and liked him. And I've used Pensacola fishing, Orange Beach fishing, Perdido Key fishing, Gulf Shores fishing, Navarre Beach fishing, and Pensacola Beach fishing inshore guided fishing trips with Capt Wes Rozier probably 5 times. I've got Capt Wes on speed dial.

My brother lives there and said New Florida Girl always puts you on fish (New Florida Girl) but it's a huge boat. If you want something a little smaller, he recommends the Swoop (Swoop Party Boat *Destin Florida Deep Sea Fishing *Charter Boats in Destin *Destin fishing) which is also faster. Best fishing is going to be in the gulf, so try to avoid bay fishing (pretty much dead this time of year).

I've only fished once there, Capt Blake is GTG. There is a pier in Ft Walton, too.
