The silkworm is a large IRBM, I doubt that the Iranians would give these to the Houthis when cheap drones with a warhead will reach anywhere in the Gulf of Aden or across the Red Sea. The Iranian produced cheap drones have been hitting ships and getting the job done. As far as this kicking of WWIII, that’s just pure click bait.

But if they wanted to demonstrate they have "connections" and support (via Iran) to China - use of one of these just for signaling purposes makes sense. Wait for a real picture though.
