Max OAL these mags are capable of are 3.750" which I think is what you're looking for. The exterior measurements are 3.850"

Honestly couldn’t tell you. I bought them from another hide member a few months ago but haven’t used them as I’ve been waiting for parts to come in for a build. They are in great condition. I can add more pictures if requested.

I just had my RWSnyder 300wm with the PTG DBM and these same mags out yesterday. Not the first feed issue in the 220rds that have been thru the rifle.
