CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE AND FLYING THE FRIENDLY SKIES

NOrmally I'm in the "Here we go again"

But how in the fuck does this not violate due process?

And why are we not tarring and feathering?

IMG_2284.jpeg

You do have to ask, why are there endless instances of these occurrences now being captured on video?

The proverbial “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” comment applies quite nicely to your “here we go again” perspective.

FWIW, the second post in this thread suggests that this activity has been “suspended.”

But the fact that it even occurred belies a much greater underlying American rot, if you will - just like those cops who make up their own “due processes” as they go.

I posted about this back in August- the DOJ awarded $6 billion in contracts to get other civil authorities to join in on civil asset forfeiture- so they must make a mint if they are willing to spend billions on the program.

The “Institute for Justice.”

I think they’re THE organization that’s been highlighting these types of illicit activity.

Briefly looking through their main page, I see a story of an FBI raid on the wrong home despite evidence pointing contrary to such…

It’s almost like someone just wanted to “get the job over with and call it a day.”

It’s just like American Medicine nowadays.

Your physician will deceive you into thinking that he’s “addressing your issues” when in fact your “problem list” is so far removed from what you’re actually there for. But checkboxes are clicked, and disgnoses codes are billed for, and money gets squeezed outta somewhere.

“Job done.”

Different from the original malfeasance depicted in this thread, I know…

Yeah. It's one of the reasons why I wouldn't fall for all that "CPAP" BS..... And I fired a couple of doctors who insisted I really needed to do it. I have to wonder how much graft the pulmonary specialists are raking in from the the CPAP manufacturers. Just like the Pharmaceutical industry.

Back to the topic at hand,. I'm starting to like this "Institute for Justice" quite a bit. Believe it or not, they actually took on my own local County Sheriff and a squad within his org that was shaking down innocent civilians they were "profiling" via AI Intelligence.

At some point, I hope we can turn them on to class action litigation against Red Flag laws!

Predictive Policing?

Reminds me of this film…

It shouldn’t be a crime to carry cash and I usually have more cash than I need but going international with a ton of cash always struck me as odd. I had a ton of international travel for work for many years and the cash from one place usually isn’t very useful in another. Just hit an ATM when you land and grab some local currency as needed. Strangely, a few people still use travelers checks and currency exchange booths at the airport - relics of the past.

yep. the new "primary care" sorts allocate about 8-10/min a visit. do nothing except type on the comp making sure to check all the boxes for payment. try to write as many scripts as they can. i don't think physical exam is even taught in med school any more. i,nor anyone i know, has had one in the last 5 years. these idiots are setting themselves up for AI to replace them. they go by protocols only and AI algorithms will catch the 80-90% of problems that the humans address now. if you aren't in that % and get worse or no better,TS. we/it followed the protocol. and gonna be impossible to sue the AI comp. incompetent DRs today can sometimes be sued if they really FU obviously or are in the wrong place at the wrong time and are unlucky.

Watch this, please.
It is worth the 2 hours.
He explains in here why you stop breathing at night.
CPAP has been exposed for a while now. It simply makes you dependent on a machine to breathe.
The problem is severe nutritional and mineral deficiencies, causing imbalances in hormone function, etc, ad nauseum. It is a cascade effect.
Watch the whole video. I am in my second go round watching this.
My mind...its blown.

Oh yeah. I took their machine back to them within a week. No i didnt have the answer to the problem....but ot didn't take me long to figure out their fucking machine wasn't going to fix my problem.
I am still here 10 years later. My heart is fine, got a full spectrum dyno test on it last year.
Full torque, horsepower output perfect, lines clear and smoove.
After watchimg the video, i have to retool my pantry, complete overhaul, with next doc visit will request full spectrum hormone panels and blood panels, and a bunch of other shit they won't like.
Take control of your own health care, cause they don't give a shit. They are pharmacy pimps.

Not sure why people carry thousands of dollars in cash. Makes no sense to me. I always have $500 but that is it.

When I went to Argentina I had $6k in 100's.

They took cards to pay deposits and for the hunt. They only took 50s and 100s for tips and ammo. This was communicated along with pricing for each.

And yes, I shot $4200 worth of 20ga in 5 days. Left another $500 in tips for individual staff.

I also went and bought a dirt bike last summer. Had $7500 in 100s for a few weeks until I could meet up with the seller. I didn't think to even ask for a receipt at the bank.

yea, they do hate it when you tell them you want xyz labs and insist on evaluating them as well. letting them know they are not the boss but a consultant pisses them off. that you take suggestions not orders is another. they keep fucking around with protocols and are going to be replaced by AI.

You probably heard me tell it....stop me if you did 😆
When i had the "metformin incident" when they put me on the shit. After i had a very serious reaction, they would not actually tell me my troponin numbers. They still haven't. They damn near killed me....and they knew it. BUT they refuted all the information i could glean from other sources, for what "actually happened".
You know what is the scariest part?
They are the best medical people i have seen in my area, under GP.

By law, they must give you those.

I haven't tried it, but you can order your own at places like this. Probably cheaper than though doctor.

LabCorp also offers this. You can order your own tests without the need for a doctor's order, and you get the results back yourself.

Before I used the VA, this is what I did and brought them to my DR at the time, they will run specials in the newspaper, watch for the special you can save quite a bit

It’s nobody’s god damn business.
I never said it wasn't your right to carry whatever you feel comfortable carrying.

I only carry what I am comfortable with losing since it won't ever be returned to you. It seems that the news stories on this thread bear that out. Crooks are everywhere including crooks dressed in uniform.

There was nothing more to it.

Carry on.

The founding fathers never imagined that the people would have to fear their possessions would be taken from them by the new constitutional Republic they created. Ohh wait, they actually saw it coming and enumerated the God given rights of the people that this new government should not infringe upon and the solution to it when it did happen. Some fellows came along and figured out how to sell safety and fear along with keeping the populace fat, stoopid, ignorant and happy while they infringed.
They have managed to milk the country dry and the populace is nothing more than a tax slave.

No, you said you didn't understand why people carried so much in what seemed a very condescending manner.
Whatever, just don't bitch out and backpedal, it makes no sense to me

I’m still mad they refused to search me and touch my wiener at TSA

Back when they were patting people down aggressively I went through the scanner and was told to stand in uncle touchy’s special diddling square and raise my arms by this big black dude. I was looking him square in the eyes and glanced down towards my crotch nodding at him slowly smiling real big.

“Sir you can go”

I went from smiling real big to glancing down with a sad face

“Sir you need to go!”

He was trying not to laugh. Turns out it was my shirt pocket making a slightly darker spot….because double the fabric. Damn you thick fabric terror pocket.

I’m the same in person with less gay jokes in person, still don’t give a fuck and say/do whatever comes to mind

Sorry you missed out on a good time!

I popped hot for explosives on a random check / bag swab coming into the US on an international flight. (I'd been in a shop fabricating a new mash tun for us and had nitric acid residue on me as they use that on the stainless steel.) I was led into a small room with 2 guys and another other guarding outside. Got my junk juggled by a fat dude with blue gloves and bad breath. I guess they figured out my balls weren't going to blow up after about an hour I was on my way.

I got this treatment trying to fly from CO to wherever the fuck we were going. I was already grumpy because I just got off work(3rd shift, 12a-8:30a). I forgot my slim wallet in my back pocket and I guess that meant I was going to blow everyone up. So I had to get “extra security” off to the side. At that time on the job I was rebuilding brake components so even though I scrubbed my hands clean they weren’t “extra security screening at a fucking airport” clean. When they said they needed swab my hands I explained that I was going to fail this because of all the chemicals used at my job. And wouldn’t ya know it, the swab from my hands made the machine go haywire. Now I have to go into a separate room for super-ultra-mega security and get my crotch rubbed by some retard who can’t give a proper handjob and answer some fucking stupid questions. During this my wife is giving me the stank eye and subliminally screaming at me to shut the fuck up and stay out of jail. She did as much talking as she could and tried to smooth the situation over. Eventually I got out and we got to our destination. Yay. Moral of the story; TSA is a bunch of fucking bullshit run by a bunch of fucking halfwits. Fuck everything about em

I got my girl popped for explosives and taken to a back room, luckily she thought it was funny for some reason. I sat my backpack down on her luggage the week before. Funny thing is I flew with the same backpack every trip with no issues and I’d have the bag at the range the day before flying I’d just open every pocket and shake it out a couple times.

We laugh about it, but no one else does when I’ve told them.

The system is rigged to screw us and I'm not sure how these dirty organizations get a away with this. The problem is they have no fear. This shit would stop if these tyrants were visited in the dark by some big, beefy, head thumpin SOBs. They are not invincible and the gators and hogs have to eat too.

The last time I left Vegas we were having a great time playing craps and I got shit faced drunk. We barely made it to the airport on time and I went through the X-ray thing with my phone in my pocket. I handed it to the TSA guy and turned to go back into the scanner. He said that I had to get the pat down. I asked him why,? You can see the phone in the picture. He said something about rules and I just laughed and said Well I guess it's not gay if you're TSA!! I was wearing a pair of shorts and a T-shirt. So I pulled my shorts down to my ankles and pulled my shirt off. "Go ahead and fondle away. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". My wife was sure that they weren't going to let me get on the flight. Dude shook his head and said Put your stuff on and Go. I guess they were bored at 3am and didn't really want to fuck with me that bad.

...Don't matter if it's heroin, cocaine, or hash, You gotta carry weapons 'Cause you always carry cash. Lots of shady characters...

I carry thousands because 1. I am not a poor, 2. I am a free man, 3. I have the cash

I guess some of you have never had the unfortunate experience of your credit cards being disabled for fraud (either legitimately or not) while you were a long way away from home.

CASH FUCKING RULES! Everything else has the potential to suck donkey dicks and leave you stranded totally outside your control.

search the internet for stories of people who had one credit card or one debit card that got fraud disabled while there were 1000's of miles from home.

What happened to me one time was 2 credit cards got disabled buying $80 worth of groceries 600 miles from home. Fuck credit card companies. Also cannot count the number of times I have been somewhere and wanted to buy something and was told sorry our credit card machine is down right now... :D
Been there... Most recently an ATM in Istanbul ate my debit card, on day 2 of a 3+ week trip. Kind of pissed me off a bit....

I got selected for secondary screening a number of years ago. I got pulled out of the line and had to stand with arms extended and feet spread apart.

The screener ran the wand all around me. When he ran the wand up & down in front of my fly it started beeping.

TSA: "Do you have anything metal in there?"

Me: "Yes."

TSA: (has shocked look on face)

Me: "They call it a zipper."

Thankfully, he didn't bother to investigate the matter of the zipper any further.

Went to Zimbabwe in November of 2020 just after the country open their borders back up to travelers. There is a huge underground economy of US dollars in Zim because their currency is worthless (I have one of the old 100 Trillion dollar notes). The safari company, not having anyone from the US come to hunt that year, was low on US dollars and asked me if I could bring 8K in various denominations. I was sweating bullets when I went through TSA at Dulles, sure enough my carry on gets pulled for extra screening, guy asks me if there is anything in the bag that could poke or cut him and I say no, but there is 9K in cash at the bottom of the bag. He just looks at me and says "no problem your under the limit to declare" and gives the bag a half assed once over and sends me on my way. First hurdle down now on to Ethiopia for a plane change, yep get pulled for screening there also, guy could have given 2 shits about the cash. Last stop was Harare, no problems there either Govt. folks there are quite nice usually. Things may have been different if I had taken my usual route through Atlanta but I had chose to fly Ethiopian Air for that trip.
