If this is in the wrong section i'm sorry, i wasn't really sure where to ask this question at.
So, my dad has a 7mm rem mag, a friend of his loads ammo for him. I guess when he had trouble with his 06 he and his friend found that moly coated bullets worked better, so when he got his 7mm his friend decided to load him moly coated bullets for it too.
So now...on to the question i suppose. He wants to reload for himself again, but wants to stop shooting moly'ed bullets...so what does he need to do to clean the moly out of the barrel? will switching from moly'ed bullets to non coated bullets mess with his accuracy?
