yea Ted had some good ideas. his warnings were ignored for a variety of reasons. his concerns about DNA manipulation seem to have come to fruition in Wuhan amongst other places. we haven't dodged that bullet really.

There's a great podcast from 2018 called "The end of the world with Josh Clark" where he does an episode on biotech and how sloppy it is.

Super funny when you consider how close in proximity this was to being released before Covid hit the streets.
