The long story: I bought it 2 years ago as a refurb A grade PVS-30 that after a year of owning I asked Knights Armament about upgrading to a better tube. They'd never done this for a refurb so they told me they'd look into it. A month later the production supervisor at KAC, called me and gave me options and we hashed it all out. This took months of coordinating and eventually I settled on them putting a 2376+ FOM L3 filmless WP tube direct from L3 in it. They built their new service around my request. I ended up with a 72lpmm, 35.8snr, 69k luminance gain, .5 EBI, .69 halo tube with zero blems, absolutely none in any zone. KAC did the install and told me they're the only place capable of the upgrade. I've got the L3 data sheet for the tube in it too. Maybe 100hrs on the tube total since I got it back.

The short of it: It's a badass unit and I might regret it but I want to dip into the thermal clip on world with a UTCx or LWTS-LR. That's my only reason for selling it. I'm not positive I even want to. It's got the performance of the latest generation PVS-30 UNS LR A2 or better with the less ergonomic focus ring and a 2 battery AA only housing. But for 3000$ less than retail for tube performance.

I will provide all emails with KAC relative to the unit and data sheet from L3 to the buyer when shipped.

Closed.

Haha thank you everyone. It's an incredible unit. If L3 wasnt so stubborn it'd have had a 81lpmm tube in it. I added pics of the actual unit now too.
