This is a Colt 1991A1 Compact refinished in Cerakote. Colors are Graphite Black and Desert Sand. This is two tone and I took as far as possible. Grips will soon be replaced with black.

Very nice job. Is this a daily carry gun? I like the lighter colored grip frames for concealed carry as it is not as easily recognized should the shirt raise up.

Looks like new.
That tan is somewhat close to skin color if you are going to conceal it. I'm might have to copy this.

The gun belongs to Quickdraw40 here on the Hide. He's the match director for the CRC LRPR match. I'm sure he'll be carrying this, but you brought up a great point. The colors you choose for a carry weapon can definitely make it somewhat passive in terms of visibility should it be exposed. Thanks for all the comments.

Should be no worries ... everything fits good. It's initially getting everything loosened up and back together but after that is business as usual. Seeya later.
