Combat shirts from the shot show?

At the shot show this year there were several booths with "combat" style long sleeve shirts that had a breathable plastic mesh in the upper chest and shoulder area. One of them was downstairs next to Elite Iron suppressors. Does anyone remember a name or where to get them? My Google fu seems to be failing me at the moment.

I didn't make it to Shot, but Massif and Arcteryx LEAF comes to mind. Hope that helps.

The one I am thinking of has a layer of what looked like the plastic mesh padding on my Eberlestock pack probably 1/2" or so thick. With that air space it looked like it would be the most breathable shirt out there.

I found it the Potomac Advanced Combat Shirt. Has anybody used one and can you get them in the states? It looks like they come out of England.

I spoke with them for quite awhile at SHOT. I was right behind some folks from the Ranger bats who are apparently getting some for evaluation. They look quite promising. I am supposed to be getting 2 sets to evaluate with some of our SWAT guys down here, but I am quite sure my little T&E request falls way behind the Rangers. If I get my hands on them I will be posting a formal review....but I'm sure it will be awhile.

Potomac used to make alot of great combat shirts that were silver lined to prevent smell. At the shot show they were such a small presence and even the PRESIDENT was there. They must have alot of govt. contracts because on a retail level it is hard to buy their stuff.

The military folks that were in the booth when I was there were large players, and it sounded as if they were looking to move towards that top as the Rangers' new combat shirt.

If I remember right there was another company with the same basic idea of the mesh layer. One was downstairs next to Elite Iron and the other was upstairs somewhere. MDShooter do you remember where Potomac was?

This one was downstairs next to Elite Iron, though I couldn't swear the name was Potomac. I will need to dig out my pile of SHOT stuff and look for their information.
