Basically he admitted to knowing there are people (some under him while he held position at FBI) who while working in law enforcement or other agencies put themselves above laws they have sworn to uphold. Now i'm pretty sure that part is a criminal offense if proven and once proven knowing someone doing criminal stuff and either not reporting/preventing or worse enabling that is criminal offense also. Isn't there a legal term "conspiracy charge" which is sometimes used by gov to fuck with some people they cannot charge directly me thinks Comey should eat pa piece of that cake and see/experience punitive system 1st hand..
