Looking for something with decent glass, mrad tree reticle, dont like the vortex having the elevation #s right next to the vertical stadia, just needs to be ffp mil/mil in that mad range with decent glass. Under 1500$ would be nice.

Mark 5 3.6-18x44. Shorter, lighter, better glass, and 3 mil tree reticles to choose from.
Under $1500 will be hard to do for the tree reticles but I’ve seen some gently used ones for close to it. New street price is under $2000 for any of them though.

Be careful, as Sig makes the 3-18 in MOA and MRAD with standard milling and tree ("DEV-L") reticles.

Unless you are willing to go way up in price it is going to be hard to improve on the Vortex.

I really like the Sig Tango6 series of scopes. I haven't had a chance to compare a Tango6 back-to-back with a Gen 2 Razor, but I *can* say that I've been pleased with the performance of the Tango6 optics that I've used.
I've been going back and forth on the Sig 3-18 and the EOTech 5-25 for an 18" Grendel. The Bushnell DMR II 3.5-21 would be another.
Check out the Bushnell Elite LRSTI 4.5-18, seems like it would fit in the same kind of role. I have been very happy with mine...
