Create a channel Learn moreThe IWB was purchased after snagging the regular hip holster on too much brush when hunting. Always seem to be chasing a “better” carry method.I carry a 629-1 2.5” in a OWB Don Hume when need arise especially in the in the WV mountain fishing. Ian not a fan of IWB and personally couldn’t care if someone seen me packing heat but not yet as I do properly wear the right shirts to cover up.
Looks like a painful challenge to sit.....anyplace and more of fatal delay to quick draw in your car but I bet it will get ya trespassed at a florida wallymart lol . Don't get me wrong I would like to carry my zap m70 using the israeli combat sling but it aint anti-carjacking practical . SW 340 PD 357 IWB appendix carry checks all the boxes for this old fuddSaid carry.
no hugs....i'm strapped ,wife lets me know if it shows plus i am always on the look out and mindful of my gun side around others ....i think it would hurt even worse to be shot with my own weapon .lol

I tend to notice who is carrying when they make it obvious , I do not want anyone to know i am carrying and i would rather not be the beta test dummy for the police lol ....I also have a weapons permitI’ve literally walked out of a Walmart restroom, in Florida , with my shirt hung on the grip and no one noticed. Did the same in a McDonalds, again in Florida. That time I waited in the parking lot for the cops as I was certain someone noticed. Left after 20 minutes. Very few people have a clue of what is outside their own bubble. This includes many cops.

My rig is more for hunting than CCW. I’m
still searching for a good chest rig to work with that pistol, binoculars and a DSLR.

One might only have a problem if they get SWATed by a Wal-mart Karen or something. I've done many a "Wally Walk" without difficulty. Of course, totally concealed, but...
Vagaries with interpretation is the reason it was eliminated in AZ. Now it matters not...Law specifically covers unintentional display versus brandishing, but I suspect it will largely depend on the cop. I live in a pretty conservative area.

Brandishing is now an overt act.
Arizona restrictions:I tend to avoid places that require me to go “naked.” A Walmart would be a hard pass. I rarely visit one. Just about often enough to remind myself why I stay away.
Its my understanding you cannot be arrested but if the business wants to you can be trespassed from there but you really have to be showing it /being a dick to get trespassed .Is that illegal in FL?
not unlike flaArizona restrictions:
•Businesses serving alcohol for consumption on the premises (exceptions for peace officers and
ccw permitees, see A.R.S. 4-229, A.R.S. 4-244, A.R.S. 13-3102)
•Polling places on election days (peace officers are excepted)
•K-12 school grounds (some exceptions apply) (peace officers are excepted)
•Commercial nuclear & hydroelectric generating stations (peace officers are excepted)
•Military installations
•Indian reservations (check w/tribe, laws specific to them)
•Game preserves
•Correctional facilities
•Federal buildings (peace officers are limited)
•Airports beyond security checkpoints
•Where federal, state or local laws prohibit weapons (peace officers are limited)
•State or local government/private establishments or events when asked by the
operator/sponsor/agent. Most government facilities will provide a location to temporarily store a
firearm. Persons who refuse to leave and/or secure their weapon are trespassing and can be
cited or arrested for ARS 13-1502 or ARS 13-1503, depending on the venue (peace officers are
excepted)
It is NOT REQUIRED to honor a no weapons sign. If asked to leave, you must or can be charged with tresspassing. Just don't open carry...

When my wife had her 1st appointment with her oncologist, an intern came in 1st doing all the poking & prodding.
Walmart doesn't require you to "go naked." In fact, they want you to stay fully clothed and have no "wardrobe malfunctions."
we got 2 in panama city beach that are night and day 10 miles apartThere are Walmarts and there are Florida Walmarts.

not unlike fla
the have more junk food at the ghetto wallymart ....sometimes i like that lolYeah. That tends to be the pattetn. When we lived in FWB, the wife would drive 8-10 miles the the Navarre Walmart. The FWB store was about three miles from our house. Its the same here. Two stores about five miles apart. One is ghetto. The other is clean and has a completely different clientele.
I’ve been in one of the PCB stores. As recall, it must have been the better one.
In Az, you can go to a bar or anywhere that serves carrying if you have the state CCW permit. Without it, the restrictions are the same as FL. It is convenient, as I play in several pool leagues, all in bars. And I don't drink, so it worksThe rule for establishments that sell alcohol is different.
I can go into my local Outback and have a meal. Nothing in the rule book says I can't have a drink either. (I know there are laws that address being intoxicated and handling/possessing weapons)
What I can't do, is go into the bar area, even if I'm just having dinner at the bar or a high table. (Makes zero sense to me, but whatever)
The kicker is, to get to the restroom, you have to pass through the bar area.
Hmmmm.
My take on it is, shhhhh. No-one gotta know.
iirc in fla its what % of income from food vs booze that allows you to carry in a place that serves booze .......don't tell n don't swell it [print] no drama . They also relaxed via court case the rules of carrying on USPS property but i aint gonna be the test dummy on that . I once asked the RSO at my public outdoor range about CC while posting targets on the rifle range and she said as long as she doesn't see it openly and she does notice or she is checkin me out lol . Look CC aint rocket science just use common sense concealing and protecting the weapon and just for the record i would not vote for open carry nor would i vote against open carry but i would not open carry if passed. In Az, you can go to a bar or anywhere that serves carrying if you have the state CCW permit. In fla it can be considered displaying ,they use the word printing and might get a little counseling from a cop ....now if a karen calls , you go full i know my rights, and a cop in a bad mood all bets are offI notice a lot of people printing. But, that ain't against the law, it's just dumb.

I take mine every day; and in a previous life, it's taken me places a gun might not save someone. My dick.
