What has this world come to? When I was young being liberal was a good thing. For example, my girlfriends had a liberal attitude about sex. I had a liberal attitude about drinking (and sex). But now liberals now have a conservative attitude about things like guns, fiscal responsibility, and economic growth. I just don't understand. So I have come to the conclusion that liberals these days must suck.

I think it's obvious which one is the problem. As for me, socially I'm 25% Liberal and 75% Conservative. When it comes to my Liberalism, I consider myself a Jim Morrison type of Liberal.

Liberalism and Conservatism both miss the mark, which is directly in the center, just like the 10 ring. Being to the left or right is not the best outcome. Being right in the center is where a balanced reality exists. But try convincing those who already know it all.
