Converting AICS 308 mags to 223

I did a forum search but I did not find a how-to Thread. Some guidance would be appreciated.

Glue two shims down either side of the mag walls to reduce the internal width. I have one and it works well, holds around 16 rounds.

The ones in mine measure just over 1mm and are only the width of the narrow 'waist' of the AICS mag. PM me if you want any more details or any photos.

I actually got one put together yesterday. Seems to work great, holds 17 rounds of .223. I will get a pic up tonight.
