Covid-19 Positive, Celia and I.

My second son came home from California and brought it with him. He got it, I got it, my pregnant daughter in law got it, my other son got it, their 4 year old son got it. Luckily the pregnant one is doing better and it seems she is almost back to normal. The 4 year old can't seem to break the fever for good. He takes his meds and the fever breaks, but a few hours later the fever comes back, so he take more meds and he's fine.

The really odd thing, my wife is stuck in the same house with me and my son, yet she doesn't have any symptoms. She's tested negative. But she also never gets sick. I'm happy for her, but I sure would like some of whatever she has cause I could stand to feel better.

We had 13 people at the Christmas Eve dinner, all are well except those mentioned above.

I'm far from 100% but am able to say that I cheated death with Covid. I still don't have any energy, I need a wheelchair to get about, but I think I'm getting stronger.

I gotta say boys and girls, my first bout with Covid was nothing compared to this time around. This is my first time on any computer since Dec 29th I believe. The hospital was a complete joke. They did nothing. Family doc told me it may take 3 months for me to get my strength back.

I honestly didn't know if I was going to make it. I have never been this sick.

More to continue .....

I finally got out to the range Wednesday. Managed to get one rifle (3-8 w/New BDC scope) sighted in, then basically, I ran o/o steam.

Still not giving up. will be back out as soon as the winds die down again.

I was relatively young(41) when I got it. Had single lung pneumonia, spent 4 days in the hospital, but took me almost 2-1/2 months to get back to 100%. It’ll take time, but will come back.

Glad to hear you were able to make a trip out even if you ran outta steam sooner than desired. Hang in there, keep taking care of yourself, and have another go in a bit!
