Master the fundamentals of precision rifle shooting in this immersive three-day course. Whether you're a beginner learning the Shot Process or an experienced shooter refining your technique, our expert instructors will guide you through the core principles of marksmanship, ballistics, and practical field applications.
Course Highlights
Core Marksmanship Skills – Learn rifle setup, optics use, an introduction to ballistic solvers, and the shot process.
Ballistics & Trajectory – Understand internal, external, and terminal ballistics and their impact on accuracy.
Range Time – Apply classroom knowledge in real shooting scenarios, engaging targets at varying distances and elevations.
Wind Reading – Develop the ability to assess wind conditions and make precise adjustments.
Shooting Positions – Train in multiple shooting positions, including prone, supported, and barricade shooting.
Optics & Equipment – Get hands-on experience with precision optics and gear selection to optimize your rifle setup.
Required Equipment
- Precision Rifle (Bolt Action or Semi-Auto) with 2x magazines
- Bipod
- Scope (Mil/MOA turrets & reticle)
- Rear bag
- 200 rounds of match-grade ammunition
- Ear & eye protection
- Ballistic Solver (Kestrel with Applied Ballistics provided for course use)
