I have an AR that the front sight is slightly rotated on causing the rear sight to be adjusted nearly full left for windage. The barrel is straight on the receiver and the windage doesn't change at longer ranges but the front sight is visibly rotated on the barrel.

It is pinned. Is there a way to repin it, or as I think will it end up in the same place when it is repinned?

I am undecided on sights at this time. I don't like co witness iron sight and optic. I have considered just cutting the sight off of the gas block and mounting a 1-4 scope (Cross fire zeroed at 300) and an offset Vortex Venom.

Primarily a 3 Gun and fun gun as opposed to my High Power rifles.

The sight/barrel can be drilled/reamed for larger pins after re-alignment. Most that I've seen will use a straight pin so that a carbide end mill can be used to clean up the existing holes. If re-reamed for taper pins, they will have to be non-standard sizes to remove the misaligned hole completely.
With as inexpensive as AR parts are these days, might be easier to swap barrels. Or, a low profile block.
