Hey all first time posting
Pretty new so take it easy on me
Basically i have a remington 700 SPS with a bushnell elite 3200 scope on it, 1 piece mounts and a harris bipod (installed after by me). All set up at the gun shop (probably 5 years ago)
Problem is that when i use the bipod the crosshairs are not level (Canted is the term?) It is the NON swivel bipod
Is this a characteristic of the bipod? I noticded there is a bit of play if i move the bipod with my hand... well its actually the synthetic stock moving with the bipod.
As far as i can tell the rifle is level with the vertical cross hair so if i rotate the scope than the gun will be off
To make it level i have to have the right leg extended out 1" further than the left
Some help please? I really love the bipod and dont want to remove it
