• Threading: 5/8"x24
• Barrel Treatment: Hand Lapped
• Muzzle Brake: Next GEN ECTuner
• Scope Mount: Area 419 Cantilevered Tactical One-Piece
• Scope: ARKEN EP-5 7-35X56 Gen 2 FFP Illuminated VPR with Zero Stop and 34mm Tube

Not a bad build, should shoot really nice. I am just finishing up my 22 creed build. Have you tried the scope and the Chassis at the store or range? I question why you chose an Arken scope with what is mid to upper range build.

I hope to shoot and zero it this weekend and see how it shoots. I have Area 419 mounts on all my Bolt guns, I run Vortex Razor HD GEN III MRADs on the rest as well, but wanted to just try the Arken out and see, It' does have great glass, but it's not as good as the Razor, you also have to mess with the parallax more on the Arken, it's not as forgiving as the Razor.

For the Chassis, this is the first KRG chassis I have bought, I have MPA's on my others, 6GT has a Vanquish and 7 PRC has a Matrix.

Mine is a ZUES action, CRB Comp contour chambered and finished by Straight Jacket Armory, Foundation Samson stock with MDT M5 DBM, ZCO 8-40 MPAC 3X in a ZCO mount with a Bix'n Andi TacSport Pro X 2 stage trigger. I am using the Area 419 Hellfire mount system to use a CAT JL suppressor.

I have a 22creed coming too. Impact 737 75 degree, bartlein 7.75-7 gain twist, Foundation Samson, hawkins DBM, probably going to have a zco or tt on top. Going to shoot 80 VLDS

I've got mostly mid to upper scopes/ gear but I have an Urge to try one of those DNT "TheOne" scopes just to see.

Precision shooting is like a black hole for your wallet—once you buy your first bolt gun, it starts pulling in more rifles, scopes, tripods, suppressors, kestrels, and ballistic apps at an unstoppable rate. You tell yourself, “This is the last one I need,” but deep down, you know that’s a damn lie.



And the ammo? It’s basically burning dollar bills at 2,800 fps just to chase that magical quarter-MOA group. Somewhere along the way, you try to justify it: “This is an investment!”—but the only ROI you’re getting is tighter groups and a growing pile of brass.



The real kicker? Every shot is a fraction of a second of pure excitement—literally. At an average of 2,800 fps, the bullet is out of the barrel in about 1 millisecond. That means, on a good day, your $1,000+ custom barrel gives you just 1.5 to 3 seconds of actual bullet-in-barrel time before it’s toast.



So basically, I’m out here burning through steel, cash, and my own sanity—all for the thrill of watching steel ring at 1,000 yards or a mile And somehow, that still feels like a great deal.

Damn nice build. I will be ordering a Bartlein barrel next month for my 22 Creedmoor from Straight Jacket Armory
