Yes this is nit-picking but any other barrel makers/finishers drill AR barrel gas ports centered in the valley/groove?
I've had 3 Krieger AR barrels and they were all centered in the groove. They were 4R so most likely 5R+ rifling is a limiting factor and possibly unavoidable? Also would like a smaller than standard gas port for dedicated suppressor use. Prefer a carbon barrel like Proof or carbon6 but probably even less likely even for custom.
I appreciate that level of detail even though it may be arguable to have no measurable / discernible difference. My unicorn custom barrel:

- Bull or Sendero carbon 6ARC, AR barrel...20"-24"
- Rifle length gas, port drilled in a groove.
- Smaller gas port than standard for dedicated suppressor use with adj gas block (seekins).
- More muzzle meat...3/4-24 threaded.
