My hands are to large for my Colt repro… I’m looking for someone to make me a set.

The ones on my revolver or some sort of acrylic. They are also a little too small for me….

Solid, one piece grips. Not much wiggle room for thickness. These are carved from a single block, and not much figure to write home about. Walnut.

Two piece with screw and escutcheon, but your frame needs to have the frame stud. If not, then a little thinking is involved. These can be book matched.

Finally, slabs for making one piece grips using the method of a glued in spacer. So technically 3 pieces. These can be book matched and custom sized for your grip. In this group I have curly maple, Bastogne walnut, claro walnut, and black walnut. None of it is dyed. That’s the natural wood color. A lot of figure and chatoyance in all of it.

ETA: The maple was surface stained with thinned stain to see what the figure looked like.

Yes. I’ve made stocks for almost every brand of single action available today.

Unfortunately I no longer have a slave revolver frame for the 97.

Im a simpleton.

I wanted plain black walnut and I enjoy oil finishing with pure linseed oil.

My wants are a handicap to people used to working in finely figured wood and applying Museum grade finishes.

Don't judge my utility knife as what would be done with beautiful wood and a finish that will draw out the detail.

I have a safe full of linseed oil wood and parkerizing.

My in build LRI mag fed M40 may be the prettiest rifle I will own but it will be linseed oil and park.
