Gunsmithing Custom thread adapter.

I recently traded for a bolt action 223 that is threaded 5/8x24 for some reason, and I would like to use my direct thread 1/2x28 .223 suppressor on it, but I’ll need an adapter. Problem is all the ones I’ve found are small in diameter and would make the transition from my .900” barrel to 1.5” suppressor look like the handle of a barbell. Anyone know where to get one made that is 1/2x28 male threads with 5-8x24 female threads and is .900 od that won’t charge $150-$200?

By the time I paid for shipping to and from a smith and paid for re threading the muzzle then I’d have more in that then what I have invested in the rifle.

I threaded my Prairie dog rifles to 5/8-24 so I could use larger bore direct thread suppressors . What area are you in you must have a decent smith around there ?
