Gunsmithing Cut and thread a LMT MRP barrel.

I just picked up a used LMT MRP with both 5.56 and 6.8 barrels. I was thinking about cutting the 5.56 barrel down to 14.5 and having a phantom FH permanently installed. Has anyone paid to have this done? Should be cheaper with the MRP platform because the barrel is easy to remove I assume. Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in the Puget Sound area in Washington?
