You ask for them, i take my time to run them down, then you don't read them, classic. LOL. I love it, taking issue with something you didn't read. The article does not contradict itself. You have to read the entire two sentences for context, and not try to take one out of context to start. then finish the article for the rest of context to that statement.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure an animal that grew standing on grass, will be healthier than an animal raised in knee deep shit. You can get feed lot grass fed also. Pasture raised is what you actually want.
5% less than the standard beef at the grocer? Have you ever seen 75/25 at the grocery store? I don't think I have never seen 75/25. 80/20, 90/10 and 93/7 but never 75/25. Mcdaonalds is 80/20, the cheapest ground beef I know of.
The grass fed article very plainly lays out that two pieces of beef from different cows are not the same.
The article about cuts of meat, gives context as to what cut of meat an 80/20 mcdonalds pattie compares to. I.E one of the higher fat content, less healthy cuts, like a ribeye. No fat and protein aren't the whole story as laid out in the grass fed article.
Maybe just go take a short class about nutrition.
The general public perception that a salad is healthier than a big mac is correct. The claim that a big mac is nothing but a salad and beef with bread is stupid.
Please quit wasting time, quit deflecting, and make your point. Lay me out a balanced diet eating only at McDonalds.

I made a statement that one cut of beef has essentially the same nutritional value as any other (from the same animal, I used ribeye vs hamburger in my example), except for fat content which varies with the cut. This was in relation to the quality of beef at McD's vs what you get in the grocery store (where grain-fed is still standard). That statement is still correct. You somehow got off on a grass-fed tangent. That's fine - eat what you want and pay what you wish, but it isn't the kind of beef this discussion was about. And YES, there is 75/25 ground beef for sale in every grocery store I go in (if it isn't a boutique store). Your article, which I "didn't read" says so as well. I'm not getting into the grass-fed vs. grain-fed argument other than to say there's a lot of "climate change-type science" involved, and the SUMMARY quoted from your article at the bottom (which I didn't read but took issue with) states "Although grass and grain-fed beef differ in several nutrients, their effects on your health may be similar." But, I will still reiterate that one cut of beef is essentially the same nutritional value as another from the same animal or other similarly raised animal (i.e. my original statement of ribeye vs. hamburger meat) except for varying fat content. I've had a little more than "a short course about nutrition" - Animal Biochem, Feeds and Feeding, Digestive Physiology, Ruminant Physiology, and quite a few others. But I'm not here to sway your opinion, or call you ignorant.
