Hello. Do you guys know anyone doing bolt knob replacement on CZ 455 bolt handles? I had one guy named Charles(?) do two for me some years back and now need another one done. Thanks in advance

Don't know if you still looking for anyone to do one for you but I just got mine back from the polished knob.

I'm trying to see what the Polished Knob has for a CZ455 and am in a Facebook death loop! I'm not on Facebook. I found their website, but no pricing or what is a valuable for the CZ455. If you open the link on the website to contact them it takes you back to FB.

Does anyone have a phone number or website with info?

Would you share what the cost of that bolt knob was and did they sell you a bolt handle, if not how did you install the new bolt knob on the bolt handle? I understand that they unscrew on the 457 but not the 455.

Thanks,
Steve

This is the original bolt handle that was threaded by the Polished Knob. The only way I know to contact them is through Facebook where you can download a order form with price for what you want done.

OP, this is Probably your best bet for aftermarket handle as the Glades armory version doesn't seem to have very many happy reviews associated with it.

I used to machine thread factory CZ455 handles in a 5/16-24 thread configuration until they changed their castings to the hollow ball version which made it not worth my time. I think I have one left with a fully finished knob in cerakote H-series graphite black floating around in my shop somewhere. If you want I could take a look for it.

Hello Tiger. Yes I would be interested in your last bolt if you can stumble upon on it. Thanks for the offer

Anarchy Outdoors is the best way to go, IMO. I love mine. Critical measurements are identical to my factory handle, so there are no headspace issues. They have a good selection of bolt knobs too.
A-Rob, I tried the AO bolts and handles and can't get them to clear the optic on multiple gun/optic setups.

I put the glades bolt on my 455 and couldn't get the timing to work out correctly. I reached out to them and they promptly sent a replacement, but maybe my gun is slightly off, because it did not work either. I returned both handles and was immediately reimbursed. Sadly the handle didn't work out for me, but the service wasn't an issue.

for a short term, extremely redneck fix (I had a match that weekend and needed something), I threaded the inside hole of the existing knob and stuck a bolt it it. I can remove the bolt and use the original bolt without issue.

I have the Glades on my 455. I found that the friction points on the bolt are different than with the factory bolt handle and the wear pattern is different also I switched to a light grease instead of oil and it glides much better. If I try to "run" the bolt, it will stick but f I just left it and pull, it works just fine. I did order a large ball to replace the "oversize tactical" knob ($25) to reduce the force required to work the bolt. On my target scope, the Glades bolt handle shape is essential but I don't need the oversize knob.

Glade Amory sells them
Not sure I am replying to both or not. I have not received the bolt knob, but the polished knob (Samuel ) is great to deal with. I have a CZ457 so I needed a 6mm x 1 threaded knob. Not problem for them. I will receive it within the week and can report back. They have some awesome bolt knobs for the Cz 457.

I purchased an Anarchy Bolt Handle for my CZ455, which is 5/16x24 size and thread. The Anarchy works flawless with the bolt, cycles and no hiccups. There are quite a few metallurgy guys in the game with artisan knob skills.
