comparison for 2 triggers as above from anyone that has comparison experience. i can say for sure that any (?) improvement on a T1X is minimal and not a $250 upgrade.
cz 457 factory trigger vs timney-opinions/experience

I’m on my 5th 457. I’ve had a reduced pull stock trigger. I’ve also had a couple Scar triggers. I now have a Timney which was installed in a rifle I just bought. My re-sprung stock trigger was about 1#3oz, I hear people say they get them to 6-7oz, not my experience. The Timney I have now is probably about a pound. Very smooth set as a single stage. I shoot only from a bench and the Scar is by far the best. As far as the original question, I would vote for the Timney.
Timney is a good trigger, but to me, it wasn't worth the $250 upgrade. But you know, I just had to try it. YMMV
