Just wondering if any body could tell me how wide the grip area is or if you have a glock 19/23 post a pic of them side by side from the back. Thanks

1.408 at the widest part.
The P-O1 and Glock 19 are the same size
the Glock is 2 oz lighter.
You can get slim grips for the CZ, maybe lose about 1/4"

Do you know if the wood grips add any width?

Wood grips measure 1.280, thats on a CZ75 Compact

1.408 was measured on a P-O1,rubber grips

Now the receiver is thicker on the P-O1, but, only where the slide mates, the grip frame measure the same on both pistols
